error loading

it keeps on saying error loading, please report. is this due to the server being offline, or me running windows 7?

the client got a special windos 7 run. maybye u need to download the cache first, you can download the cache here.

tried the windows 7 run before, doubt it will work but i think downloading the cache might work.

will the webclient work for me? since the clients just seem to redownload the cache

Redownload the cache add it to C-drive and restart client/webclient than they will work.

You can download the cache in the navigation box...
NOTE:don't download the cache from the autodownload from the webclient,its not the full cache.
And windows 7 have nothing to do with it.
