Lost My Stuff in the Death Bug!

Hello
i Am Reporting The Death Bug
I Was At corp and the corp killed me when i die my acc stayed in the same place and the corp keep killing me until i lost my items
can u fix this bug?
and can i have my items back?
cuz i lost all my bank in thier

I've Lost
My Vesta Spear It Was A Pvp Drop
and my full bandos
and d boots and ags!
i've pked that ags and lost it in that bug
can i get them back please?
