lost my stuff too!!@!

I was at corp with my mates(l0rd of Pain,Death pro).
i died,then i stayed in the same place when i was 0 hp then he keep killing me,my hp was: -60,i lost my stuff then i tele back and nothing there....
plz fix that bug and can i get my items back(d claws,dfs,d boots,whip,fury,berserker ring)
